Your kid has
the potential.
We help them
reach it.
World-class athletes, founders, and executives share a set of performance skills most people don’t discover until their 30s or 40s. We teach your kid those same skills now — as early as 6th grade — so they reach their potential a decade early.
The free 2-minute Potential Assessment — see the top 3 obstacles between your child and their full potential. No email required.
What's really holding your child back?
Every kid's potential is blocked by a different set of obstacles. In 2 minutes, see the top 3 standing between your son or daughter and who they could become — and what it takes to break through each one.

“My son had the talent and the drive but kept getting in his own way. Chris gave him the structure and mindset to actually perform at the level we always knew he was capable of.”
“My daughter saw great improvements with confidence, time management and test anxiety. She's doing great!”
“We thought we just needed to push him harder. Turns out what he needed was the right system. The difference in six weeks was unreal — more focused, more disciplined, more confident.”
Talent without
structure gets
wasted.
Your kid isn’t underperforming because they don’t care. They’re underperforming because no one has ever taught them how to actually take action on their goals. We call it the Missing Curriculum — the skills schools never taught.
30 minutes. No pitch. Just clarity.
Capable but inconsistent
They ace one thing and drop the ball on the next. You've seen what they're capable of — it just won't stay consistent.
Losing the battle against distraction
The phone wins every time. Hours disappear and they know it's a problem — but haven't found a way to stop it.
Lack of organization and routines
Always rushing, always behind. Smart enough to know better — but without a real time system, it keeps happening.
Procrastinating on what actually matters
They'll do anything except the thing they need to do. Not laziness — a missing system for getting started and staying on track.
Getting in their own head
Self-doubt, fear of failure, perfectionism — quietly keeping them from performing at the level they're actually capable of.
No real direction for what comes next
College is approaching fast. The pressure is building. But when you ask what they want — the answer is still unclear.

The skills that separate the highest performers in the world from everyone else — and the Executive Functioning skills that schools don’t teach.

Which of these 7 pillars does your child need most?
Take the 2-minute assessment and we'll show you the top 3 to build first — and exactly how we'd coach each one.
Start the Assessment →How we build these skills.
The 7 pillars above are what your student learns. This is the proven delivery model we use to actually teach, reinforce, and build them — week by week, session by session.
Weekly 1-on-1 Coaching
A private, weekly session with your coach — custom tailored to where your student is right now, what they're working through, and what needs to move next. No templates. No generic advice. Just a plan built specifically for them.
Action Items & Homework
Learning without application is just information. Every session ends with clear action items — real things to do, practice, and apply in daily life. This is what turns coaching insights into actual results that stick.
Daily Accountability
Regular — and when needed, daily — check-ins to make sure what's been learned is actually being applied. Consistency doesn't happen by accident. We create the structure that makes it inevitable.
Parent Progress Reports
Regular updates so you can see the growth happening — and share your perspective on what you're noticing at home. We take confidentiality seriously. What your student wants kept private, stays private. The coaching relationship only works when it's a safe space — for both of you.
Group Workshops
Access to group workshops — in person or virtual — where students connect with others in the program. Socratic-style learning, peer accountability, and the powerful realization that other driven young people are doing the same work.

Built for this generation
Generation Forward isn’t a solo operation. It’s a team of coaches, mentors, and professionals who believe in the next generation — and show up every week to prove it.
My early twenties were the hardest years of my life. Addiction. Anxiety. No direction. I spent years trying to figure out on my own what the right mentor would have shown me in 90 days.
Once I learned to master my habits, focus, and mindset — everything changed. I became a Top 10 Coach in the World with Tony Robbins, spoke at TEDxMiami, and now coach high performers around the world. I wish someone had taught me these skills at 16 instead of 28. That’s exactly why I built this.
“I’m not a guidance counselor. I’m the guy who takes a driven young person and helps them become a high-achieving adult.”
By 60 days: Consistency kicks in. Procrastination decreases, focus sharpens, and the habits stop feeling new — they start becoming automatic. Performance typically begins to reflect the internal shift.
By 90 days: A different person. Clear vision, a system that works, and the confidence that comes from proving to themselves they can execute. This is where the transformation becomes undeniable.
